Citizen Cider is a cidery in Essex, Vermont that is producing hard cider from 100% Vermont apples grown by Happy Valley Orchard in Middlebury.

Our ciders are available at locations across Vermont and the cidery is open to the public Tuesday–Saturday.

Sign up to make Citizen Cider your pickup spot for the Intervale’s Summer CSA program! Pick up your veggies and your cider all in one place! This is a 20-week program starting June 3rd and running through October 21st, where you can pick up your box of fresh Vermont veggies one night a week at the Citizen tasting room! Deadline to sign up is May 13th!
