Game Day!

Super bowl sunday is here and what better way to celebrate than with our brand new variety pack + wit’s up cheese dip!

Perfect for when you can’t choose which cider you’re in the mood for… or for game day because let’s be honest, you’ll probably drink one of each! 😜

You can’t watch the Super Bowl without snacks, and what goes best with cider? Cheese of course! if you’ve ever been to the Pine St. Cider Pub, you’ve probably tried our Broccolini-Cheddar dip – made with our Wit’s Up cider. This staff favorite is served with hot pretzel sticks, but can be enjoyed with chips, bread, veggies or really..anything!

So, with the Super Bowl right around the corner, we wanted to share our secret recipe with you because it’s the perfect snack for game day.


5 heads broccolini
1 lb. Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack mix
9 oz. Cream cheese
3 tablespoons garlic and shallot mix (chopped fine & in equal parts)
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
3 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 cup Wit’s UP reduction


Leave cream cheese out until it reaches room temperature.
Reduce 1 1/2 cups of Wit’s Up to a third (about 1/2 cup) and let cool to room temperature.
Chop broccolini to about 1/2″ to 1/4″ chunks.
Bring a pot of water with a pinch of salt to boil, add broccolini and blanch for maximum of 2 minutes. Strain and cool immediately.
Add ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate until ready to heat.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake 20-25 minutes until hot.
