Ladies and gents, it is with great excitement this holiday weekend we are FINALLY able to launch tours of our production facility here on Pine Street in beautiful Burlington, Vermont.
The Citizen Cellar ciders are limited batches that dabble in experimental fermentation conditions and co-mingling unique ingredients. This allow us to explore the potential that exists in ciders that use real fruit, never from concentrate, and local ingredients such as hops, herbs, and other small fruits.
Here in Vermont we look for any excuse to celebrate the return of warm weather, and bRosé is our way of doing so. This year we decided to freshen up the label, but do not fear, the cider is still the same! Here are a few fun facts that will assist you in maximum bRosé enjoyment.
